On surveys where the guest has consented to be contacted, you'll now see a "Generate AI Responses" button that creates five suggested replies based on the guest's comment. Just choose your favourite, tweak it to suit, and hit send 📩
Halo now proactively analyses your data and surfaces the five most notable insights as soon as you open the dashboard.
Insights are focused on the biggest opportunities, with supporting data and a recommended action to investigate or improve. You can also save the summary to your Halo chat history for future reference. Happy Halo-ing! 😇
You can now export your action plans as PDFs, making it easy to share them with your team or print them for display. 🎉 Just click into your action plan and hit Download PDF!
Action Plans are a new way to track ongoing improvements for one or multiple locations over time - capturing what went well, what to improve, and turning actions into to-dos that automatically update the plan status as work is completed. You can preview actions from anywhere in the Hub by clicking the Action Plans icon to view your data and actions side-by-side. 🚀
The Raw Data report in the Hub now includes question categories, making it easier to see which category each question belongs to when reviewing your data.
The Halo mascot now features in your chat window, and suggested prompts have been moved into the new initial chat interface. We’ve also improved Halo’s understanding of your questions, so it can surface more relevant and helpful content. If you haven't explored Halo yet, check it out!
