Social vs Delivery review filtering
The review pages all contain a filter so you can choose either social or delivery reviews. We have therefore removed this filter from the page level on these pages to avoid potential confusion.

If we have integrated your TrustPilot page, you can now respond to any reviews directly in The Hub.
Three new split options (week, month and quarter) have been added to the NPS Overview page. These allow you to see how the proportion of promoters and detractors is changing over time.
The 'Overview' pages now have comparison options for Year To Date (YTD). For whatever range of dates you select, you can compare your results with our own Year To Date, as well as for whatever else you're comparing with (e.g. your brand).
Some heat maps have quite a lot of horizontal scroll (for example, if questions are displayed as columns). This often involved having to scroll down vertically to find the horizontal scroll bar (and losing the column headings in the process). To make this easier and quicker, the pages have been made shallower.
In the KPIs report, the audit score and sample size previously only included mystery visits. It now also includes delivery audits and telephone audits (which can be filtered out if desired).
When looking at the NPS by question for detractors, a low NPS should be hot (i.e. red=bad) on the heat map. This is now the case (previously high numbers were showing red for detractors).
When you navigate away from The Hub and then return to it, any filters used in your previous session will now remain in place (although not if using 'incognito' on your browser). This should be a popular timesaver!
In the comment analysis report (under sentiment), you can now multi-select subjects and opinions. This makes it much easier if you want to find all opinionated comments on subjects related to "bacon", for example.
A new option has been added to 4 pages with trend charts enabling you to view the trend by hour of day. So if you have a hunch that things might be going wrong at 9am, now it's easier to find out.
