Reset filters to default
We recently enabled filters to stay in place when you leave and come back. So now we've added a button to reset filters to default if you choose.

An end point has been added in the datafeed API for the answer to a question (as opposed to just its score).
We've made a load of improvements to reporting on survey responses:
Employee surveys have always been hidden from the inbox. But we can now make them visible via permissions for specified users. This makes it easier to see a full survey in addition to the analysis reports.
On the Feedback Overview page, you can now examine opportunities by questionnaire section (as well as by question). This brings the page into line with Audit Overview, where this option has existed for some time.
The visit source filter has been made much more efficient to improve page load speed. It now lists sources that exist for the whole client, regardless of whether they exist for the user that is logged in.
The review pages all contain a filter so you can choose either social or delivery reviews. We have therefore removed this filter from the page level on these pages to avoid potential confusion.
If we have integrated your TrustPilot page, you can now respond to any reviews directly in The Hub.
Three new split options (week, month and quarter) have been added to the NPS Overview page. These allow you to see how the proportion of promoters and detractors is changing over time.
The 'Overview' pages now have comparison options for Year To Date (YTD). For whatever range of dates you select, you can compare your results with our own Year To Date, as well as for whatever else you're comparing with (e.g. your brand).
