Enhanced survey responses reporting
We've made a load of improvements to reporting on survey responses:
- ‘Survey Responses’ is now a dedicated report in the ‘Actions’ section. The reports for ‘Review Responses’ and ‘Responses by Location’ are also now standalone reports. This will save waiting for the first tab to load.
- A filter has been added for Visit Type, and External Feedback is now included.
- A filter has been added for Task Status.
- Extra filters can now be added from the ‘More filters’ button. The following were previously disabled: Task category, Task priority, Questionnaire type, Visit score, NPS classification, Feedback category, Feedback subcategory, Day part, Day of week.
- The sort order has been changed so that the newest ones are at the top.
- The Visit ID is now linked, so it will take you to the relevant report in the inbox.
- Date Added – this was previously blank but is now visible.
- Visit Date – you can now see the date and time of the associated visit report (which will be earlier than the date added).
- Days since first response – you can now see how long the guest waited since the feedback was submitted.
- Comments – you can now see the comments left by the guest (note that if you have more than one comment box in a survey, then there may be more than one row per visit).
- First response – you can now see the first response to the guest.
- Responder – you can now see who provided the first response.
