A Visit Score is only the same as the Average Question Score if all questions have the same weight. With mystery guest audits, it's normal for questions to have different weights depending on how important they are. We have therefore added a page tip to explain this on the Questions & Answers page for audits.
Version 4 of The Hub contains the biggest set of improvements since the platform was launched nearly 6 years ago. Here's a summary of what changed on 16th January and how it will benefit users:

There's a 'Suggest Feature' button. Add your suggestion in there and other users can vote on it. We will review the list periodically to influence our development schedule.
And you can also see a few items in our current roadmap, so you can have a sneak preview of what's coming down the track.
For those using POS integration to look up what a guest has ordered, you may already know that we filter the list to only the dishes that you want to collect feedback on, and we can display images of the dishes to guests. But some orders may contain a large number of dishes/images. So we now automatically add in a predictive text search function when the number of dishes goes over a certain amount. Just friendlier for your guests!
We're always adding new features, so now we've made it easier to get updates! Sometimes we'll also post top tips to help you get more from your data. The bell icon (in the top right) will flash when there are new updates. When you click it, a scrollable side panel opens showing recent updates. You can pop out the updates to a new window where you can filter them using 4 colour-coded tags: New Feature, Information, Fix and Top Tip. You can subscribe if you'd like updates delivered to your inbox. Finally, you can give us feedback on each post.
To support clients requiring mystery guest audits outside the UK we have created an integration with Shopmetrics, a system used by many mystery shopping suppliers. This means that we can import data and photos from audit reports to display in our own way in The Hub.
