Heat map for delivery & social reviews

The Reviews Heat Map now has an easy select option so you can switch between social reviews and delivery reviews (the former is set as default). You can also choose to view them together if you would like a combined score.

Real time updates in actions and guest communications

We've added real-time updates to actions and guest communications in the inbox area. This means that if your colleague is replying to a guest or editing an action that's open on your screen, you'll see what they've done instantly and avoid the possibility of you both doing the same thing!

Sentiment & opinions on more visit types (including audits)

Since we launched opinion mining and sentiment analysis last year, it has proved a big hit for those wanting to dig deeper into text comments left by guests. Up to now, it's only been available on text from feedback surveys and reviews. But (as of last week), text from all mystery visits, delivery audits and delivery reviews is also being processed. Take a look, see what you can learn, and get in touch with your Client Success Manager if you have any questions.

Custom toggle values and improved design for guest communications

A couple of enhancements have been made to the guest communications tab. When composing a message, the text box automatically expands as you fill it up - so no need to scroll. And if you have toggle integration, you can now enter a custom amount instead of having to select from pre-set values.

Leaderboard page enhancements

We’ve made some enhancements to the Leaderboard page: (i) You can now sort by any of the columns. (ii) If you have brands, we use these to group the locations. All data from the table can be easily exported.

Improvement to visit source filtering

We have made an improvement to the Visit Source filter (which you can add from the blue “Filters” button). This now only displays the visit sources that are relevant to you (previously it showed a much longer list).

New: Dish Name filter for inbox and photos

For clients with integrated menus, there is a new filter for Dish Name. You can add this from the blue 'Filters' button. When you select one or more dishes, the content will refresh to only show visits where your selected dishes were ordered. This applies to all the inbox tabs. It may be useful, for example, if you want to see all pictures of a particular dish (note that you will also see other photos taken on visits where that dish was ordered). If that doesn't whet your appetite, here are some nice pictures of brownies!

New page: Survey Demographics

We’ve added a new report called “Survey Demographics”. If you ask guests for their age and gender in your survey, this report will show you how they impact a range of measures, as well as by location and period. If you would like to configure your survey to take advantage of this, or would like any other information, please discuss with your Client Success Manager.

New: Opinion Counts

Here's a little sentiment analysis Christmas treat for you!

We've added a pair of tabs to the Subject Opinions report. You can now see a count of every combination of subject and opinion (both as a number and a percentage) as found in text responses, together with the split between positive and negative. You can sort by any column, depending on what you're interested in. The other tab shows the split of positive and negative opinions by region/area/location. Here are some sample screenshots:

Report on comments for a longer period

We have extended the period of time for which text comments appear in the Guest Comments, Assessor Comments and Dish Comments reports. Previously these were archived after 6 months, but this has been extended to 12 months.
