Dish search by keyword in heat map filters
A new filter has been added to the Dish Rating Heat Maps that allows you to search both the filter and report content by any word(s) you like.

A new page under Dish Ratings allows you to view the top 10 and bottom 10 dishes against each KPI. Note that if more than 10 are tied at 100%, for example, the lists will scroll. This image shows an anonymised example.
The Raw Data report has a new restriction of 3 months that can be selected for the filter (this can be any three months). This helps to maintain faster speeds for other users on The Hub without unexpected slowdowns when a very large report is being processed.
The Guest Communications tab is not relevant for delivery reviews. It has therefore been hidden to avoid any confusion.
We've made it easier to select multiple questions with new check boxes in The Hub's question filter.
All tasks are related to a visit. But if you don't know the Visit ID, you can now search by Case ID using this new filter:
If you create tasks in The Hub, you can now ask us for daily or weekly email reports containing details on open tickets.
When responding to a review in The Hub, you will now see the option to 'Generate AI Response' as highlighted in yellow below. When pressing this, we will generate a selection of responses for you to choose from. You can then select the most appropriate and edit as required. Click “post response” and it will post as usual.
We recently enabled filters to stay in place when you leave and come back. So now we've added a button to reset filters to default if you choose.
An end point has been added in the datafeed API for the answer to a question (as opposed to just its score).
