An end point has been added in the datafeed API for the answer to a question (as opposed to just its score).

Enhanced survey responses reporting

We've made a load of improvements to reporting on survey responses:

  1. ‘Survey Responses’ is now a dedicated report in the ‘Actions’ section. The reports for ‘Review Responses’ and ‘Responses by Location’ are also now standalone reports. This will save waiting for the first tab to load.
  2. A filter has been added for Visit Type, and External Feedback is now included.
  3. A filter has been added for Task Status.
  4. Extra filters can now be added from the ‘More filters’ button. The following were previously disabled: Task category, Task priority, Questionnaire type, Visit score, NPS classification, Feedback category, Feedback subcategory, Day part, Day of week.
  5. The sort order has been changed so that the newest ones are at the top.
  6. The Visit ID is now linked, so it will take you to the relevant report in the inbox.
  7. Date Added – this was previously blank but is now visible.
  8. Visit Date – you can now see the date and time of the associated visit report (which will be earlier than the date added).
  9. Days since first response – you can now see how long the guest waited since the feedback was submitted.
  10. Comments – you can now see the comments left by the guest (note that if you have more than one comment box in a survey, then there may be more than one row per visit).
  11. First response – you can now see the first response to the guest.
  12. Responder – you can now see who provided the first response.

Employee surveys in inbox

Employee surveys have always been hidden from the inbox. But we can now make them visible via permissions for specified users. This makes it easier to see a full survey in addition to the analysis reports.

Feedback opportunities by section

On the Feedback Overview page, you can now examine opportunities by questionnaire section (as well as by question). This brings the page into line with Audit Overview, where this option has existed for some time.

Faster visit source filter

The visit source filter has been made much more efficient to improve page load speed. It now lists sources that exist for the whole client, regardless of whether they exist for the user that is logged in.

Social vs Delivery review filtering

The review pages all contain a filter so you can choose either social or delivery reviews. We have therefore removed this filter from the page level on these pages to avoid potential confusion.

Respond in-app to TrustPilot reviews

If we have integrated your TrustPilot page, you can now respond to any reviews directly in The Hub.

New promoter & detractor split options

Three new split options (week, month and quarter) have been added to the NPS Overview page. These allow you to see how the proportion of promoters and detractors is changing over time.

Year To Date measures and comparisons

The 'Overview' pages now have comparison options for Year To Date (YTD). For whatever range of dates you select, you can compare your results with our own Year To Date, as well as for whatever else you're comparing with (e.g. your brand).

Easier horizontal scrolling on heat maps

Some heat maps have quite a lot of horizontal scroll (for example, if questions are displayed as columns). This often involved having to scroll down vertically to find the horizontal scroll bar (and losing the column headings in the process). To make this easier and quicker, the pages have been made shallower.
