Introducing Opinion Mining
We are excited to announce the introduction of Opinion Mining. This is a text analysis technique that uses natural language processing to find out what subjects guests are talking about and how they are describing those subjects (i.e. their opinions). In addition, you can track the positive and negative sentiment for each subject and see how that changes over time. Best of all, there's no extra charge! It's currently available for clients with Feedback Sites and Review Management.
